Thanks @gyurco ! This fix is based to this commit from Mist (https://github.com/Gehstock/Mist_FPGA/commit/ef227c1d96510356a2f2c4e11b800939ad89aa71) It fixes a vertical scroll garbage on Lode Runner 3 during the title screen.

All games of Irem62 have been checked and no new regression has been found. Thanks @funkycochise for your tests on CRT.
