Scroll layer misalligned #22

The scroll layer is a few pixels off. This can be seen in Youjyuden's title screen. At the top of the screen, there are a few lines that don't belong to that scene.

Interesting. I guess we need to find a video of the original arcade (or find a PCB for that matter). I bet the top lines were right in the arcade. It's just too obvious.

As other scenes are OK, I think it's just a wrongly set scroll value in the code somewhere. Also sprites and background are aligned everywhere.

The H blank signal could be off and still keep sprites and background aligned.

Here you have a video that doesn't have the wrong lines. The video description does not say where it comes from, though. So I cannot guarantee it comes from an arcade cabinet.

The official version for PS4 does not have the glitch either

original HW might have this glitch beyond the visible part on CRT
