Missing “drum beat” sounds in Kid Niki #27

Kid Niki music has a catchy “drum beat”. These are missing in the core. They used to be missing in older versions of MAME, but are present in more recent builds, as shown in this video: https://youtu.be/WFBCpbeXANY

From digging around in MAME forums, it appears to be an “analog drum” that needs to be enabled somehow.
