All MCR1 Games - Pause Button Not Working #10

Pause button is bindable in OSD, but does not work. Only way to pause is with the "pause when OSD open" option enabled.

Kick/Kick Man/Solar Fox all affected

I believe that this was due to the typo fixed in https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Arcade-MCR1_MiSTer/commit/80ac7929898627d2a39b3582fa6825adea64e97e. The built RBF is in https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Arcade-MCR1_MiSTer/pull/15. Please pull and confirm (and close if fixed - I don't have permission).
