Needs NVRAM/Save support #8

Needs some type of save support to save high scores, as they aren't saved when the MiSTer is soft/hard rebooted. High scores remain when core is reset with user button.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes it's one of the many quality of life features I have to learn how to add to the core. I did look into it a little, but instead spent time researching and fixing the video output first as a priority. I'm fixing up Joust2's video output and then I want to investigate how to add jimmystones' hiscore module and pause module. :)
