CRT H-Sync adjust option conflicts with Dim video after 10s option #48

These two menu options have some conflict between them. Setting CRT H-Sync to 0 enables video dimming. Disabling dimming sets CRT H-Sync to 1. I am unable to set H-Sync to 0 and Dim video to Off at the same time.
