Update to TREBORS_ATARI_PRO_PALETTES_V2 #22

Updates from prior palette set:

  1. Improved duplication of hue temperature behaviors, most noticeably for NTSC Hue 10 & Hue 11 | PAL Hue 11 & Hue 12.
  2. Fine adjustment to midrange hues.
  3. Simplified display output selections and default saturation.
  4. Better brightness balancing and simulation logic.
  5. Added palette phase shifts among COOL (25.7), WARM (26.7), and HOT (27.7); COOLPLUS (26.2) and WARMPLUS (27.2).
