Option to invert mouse Y-axis (esp. for Atari 5200) #35

Atari 5200 trackball games work really well with the mouse on MiSTer, except the Y-axis is inverted. Missile Command is exceptionally smooth.

An option to invert the second POT to account for trackball / mouse simulation would be fantastic.

I've added an option. Check the unstable builds.

thanks, will be happy to check it out where are the unstable builds for atari800? they don't seem to be included in the mister nightlies

I've gotten a build onto my mister with this change, and can confirm it works as expected, mouse movement maps properly to the trackball (missile command is like a new game :-) thanks!)
