Image looks blurry when using the scandoubler

The image looks very blurry when using the scandoubler. using HQ2x aleviates the issue (slightly)

This only happens on CRT, right? I cannot reproduce on HDMI output here.

Yes, this only occurs on CRTs with scandoubler on.
