80 columns screen noisy #20

80 columns screen is very noisy and off centre on the right 40 columns screen is rock solid and stable i'm using HDMI out

To remove the noise, disable or use other video filters, some are not compatible with the timing of the video signal of the VDC. I've added a note about this in the README.

Position is due to how the VDC works, and real hardware has the same issue. This is already documented in the README.
