Escape key should be configurable to perform either RUN/STOP or ESC. #25

Compact USB keyboards do not have Break key and now cannot trigger RUN/STOP neither RUN/STOP + RESTORE using the ESC key as it can be done in the C64 core. Without this key the C64/C128 is so limited !

RUN/STOP is mapped to the End key, not Break
