Add bluetooth_pair.sh script to distribution #39

This adds bluetooth_pair.sh, which I believe is needed if the user does not primarily use a keyboard (F11) and does not have either of the Addon IO boards (hold OSD button), in order to pair a BT controller.

Closing as it's full of conflicts now. Will redo it all if the idea is approved.
