HDMI split screen does not work with DV1 mode and RetroTink-4K #151

Only screen 1 is shown, and DV1 only reports 240x160 (rather than 480x160, as expected, and as indicated by the MiSTer OSD) to RetroTink-4K. Have to disable DV1 in MiSTer.ini to get both GBA screens to appear.
