Pokemon Gold/Silver - Changing music to Stereo in settings results in some sound channels not playing #236

This one is easy to test, you don't need to have an existing save file. Simply go to Option in the menu and change Sound to Stereo. Then a few of the sound channels seem to just disappear.

Tested with the very latest changes in current git master

Does not happen on a real GBC
