The menu doesn't display on startup in the unofficial game Ma Jiang Qing Ren Ji Ma Jiang Zhi.

This is the same issue as https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Genesis_MiSTer/issues/222 , so both cores share it, very intriguing!

may be it uses some specific mapper
