This is an older romhack that apparently is known to be buggy. How does it behave on original hardware?

I don't have original Sega console.

I read a review on the RomHacking about this hack and now I also think this is a problem with this ROM. When I saw first time this BSOD, I was surprised of "Access Address". 0xFF000DCC looks realy strange for 16-bits console. I thought, may be it was a special address for a rare mapper.

I'm closing this issue.
