is it possible to add SNAC support using the sega/atari SNAC adapters?

I suppose an added bonus would be that lightgun games would also work on minimig!

lightgun won't work automatically. It's very specific device requiring special support. I don't have neither lightguns nor CRT to test it. I didn't even hear about lightguns for Amiga.

But is SNAC for mouse possible? I do have a spare SNAC adapter for DB9 if you need.
