Some Games Running Too Fast Compared To Real Hardware #13

Batman Beyond - Return of the Joker (USA) Gameplay appears to run at double-speed (60 FPS instead of 30). Attract mode gameplay runs at correct speed. Menus also seem fine.

In Blues Brothers 2000 (USA) it's been reported that the alligator in the second Chicago sewer is too fast. This has been seen in Ares as well. The PAL version may also be affected but needs to be re-tested.

This may need more testing to confirm if the whole game runs too fast or if it's just this specific moment. This may deserve being split out into its own issue if so.
