Iggy's Reckin' Balls (USA) Hangs After Level 9-2 #20

Hangs on black screen after completing level 9-2 (music continues). This also affects Iggy-kun no Bura Bura Poyon (Japan).

This has been noted to happen in Ares as well. link

For whatever reason, this issue does not appear to affect the PAL release of this game.

Using the Turbo core appears to bypass the issue.
