Nested Options #142

Creates sub directories similar to other console cores. Layout changes depending on "system type".

Not all options should be inside pages as they used frequently. Debug options were removed? I will make it myself.

They are in system settings. Feel free to label and distribute how you see fit.

I'd suggest keeping the freeze dip at the top of the menu.

It's not accessable and utilized if you don't use unibios to pause the core in MVS mode.

Yes, joystick option, MVS dips - they should be in root page. Debug options are hidden normally and won't bother the user.. So i will re-make it. Usually paged options appear when there are really many options. Walking through pages isn't a great idea originally. It's just workaround to keep the settings simple.
