Add Status Bit Map #159

Add Status Bit Map as documentation in core was not updated, removed the primary sdram size status bit documentation as it doesn't seem to be populated in the OSD or used in the core anywhere.

actually used status bits are displayed (and checked for possible collisions) in debug console with every core start for some time already. It eliminates tracking and updating that table manually.

I knew about the conflicts, but I didn't realize that they were displayed as well! Good to know! Thanks!
