Config files overwritten #180

Every time I save settings while I’m using the NGCD core, the bgm tracks simply stop working. It may have to be related with the fact that the config file saved by the NGCD core is kinda corrupted. To correct that, I have to erase both Neo geo cores, the config files and bios files and reinstall them via ssh/update all. So I think this problem won’t occur if the Neo Geo CD core saved the cfg file with a different name.

NGCD is not released and even code isn't in this repository.
