Clearing the screen should be fastest? #87

neogeo This is how it clears the screen in Pulstar intro, showld be black frame? Take this as example , this is a frame captured in Pulstar intro, when it changes the screen from one sequence to another, the screen is not black, you can see how is disappearing the frame gradually.

You can notice this without capturing frames is visible playing. This is captured with NeoGeo_20200510.rbf but occurs with all versions a tested.

I have to test it with real hardware Maybe this is related with timing.....

i did a video compatation and both systems clear the screen the same way, in Mister is more visible maybe not same sync than MVS.
