C/MS implemented.
MPU-401 MIDI I will discard it, the PCXT core uses a more advanced UART module than the one used in ao486, which was adapted to be able to use MPU and I would have to readapt it for the new UART, I think it doesn't pay off... however if some developer wants to adapt it and thinks it would have some important benefit for this core, he is free to do it :-)
The DSP section of the Sound Blaster I don't think it's worth it either, having it already in ao486, where you can get more out of it:

Since the XT has 8-bit slots, can we eventually get support for 8-bit sound cards? These would be the ones I would want:
CMS/Game Blaster (can be taken from ao486) MPU-401 MIDI (can be taken from ao486) Sound Blaster 2.0 (8-bit mono sound card)
The addition of these would really help make this core shine and provide lots of configurable options for games of the time. Thanks for your consideration.
There are also other things that can be interesting, like an RTC based for example on the DS12885
