Issue: Black screen after start screen.

Reproduce: After start screen, you will have a long period of black screen before to see the billard table.

Workaround: Active the turbo mode to fix this behaviour

BIOS: 7000

CD Image: Redump bin/cue

Core Version: PSX_DualSDRAM20220919.rbf
