Before a match begins the game gets stuck at a black screen

Default settings.

Some kind of race condition

workaround: set CD speed to 1x or 4x and it works...or fastseek...or turbo low

Animal Football (Europe) (En,Fr,De)

Seems to require the CD fastseek option too or you get a black screen after the language selection.

Interesting, it loops around the same 4 sectors but never continues. Hopefully that game is easier to debug, but i doubt it's the same bug.

Dalmatians, The (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Nl) Dinosaurs (Europe) (En,Fr,De) Detective Mouse (Europe) (En,Fr,De) Atlantis - The Lost Continent (Europe) (En,Fr,De) Lion and the King 2 (Europe) (En,Fr,De) Herkules (Europe) (En,De) Legend of Mulan (Europe) (En,Fr,De) Legend of Pocahontas (Europe) (En,De,Nl) Hunchback of Notredame (Europe) Goldie (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Nl)

Lion and the King (Europe) (En,Fr,De) Anastasia (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Nl) Lord of the Jungle (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Nl)

Just goes black after title screen image before language selection, presumably the same issue.

All code monkey "games" and All Star Tennis 99 fixed with newest build
