Issue: Incorrect sound occurs during fmv with Disruptor logo

Reproduce: Load the game and wait for the Disruptor logo fmv https://youtu.be/UhiAev6EmUc

Workaround: none

BIOS: 7502

CD Image: Redump bin/cue

Core Version: PSX_DUALSDRam20220508

Got the same issue on latest 20230503 release, single SDRAM @RobertPeip

works fine here with the german version on this core version, all default settings...

From what I remember the problem occurs in the NTSC version , someone raised the issue on Discord in January this year.

ok, only tried PAL because of the title. Will reopen it then
