Allow Flip Screen option for analog output on vertical games (Riddle of pythagoras) #159

Thanks for this great core.

Sometime your vertical CRT is not orientated the right way and can't be physically rotated, a "Flip Screen" option would be a nice enhancement, especially for Riddle of pythagoras

Flip will either necessitate a framebuffer (so no regular 15khz analog output) which it already has, or will require significant changes to the code for a hack workaround just for 2 arcade games. It's very hard to justify, but I understand where you are coming from. We'll see if someone with the skills pulls it off or if my skills get up there eventually. Just trying to manage expectations.
