SNAC auto detect, organize OSD input options #349

Added SNAC auto detection.
Moved mouse, piano, and joyswap to new menu - Input Options.
Moved HW specific options to menu - Hardware.

Cores deliberately have joystick swap in the root menu for quick access. It's also recommended to put this option close to top (after load/mount options and their related options).

Most console cores I looked at seem to put the joystick swap option in the input sub menu. I can move it back to the root menu though if you like.

well, hard to track all changes.. seems some cores moved swap option into sub-page.
