Sega Ages OutRun Regression 20240217 #137

On the latest test build the game only renders the road and no other graphics.

Was working fine on all the previous builds

The regression appeared between February 14th build and February 15th (1rst build). So either that commit https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Saturn_MiSTer/commit/032ec58064457b08682129f5131ff61a05e2de28 or the other one https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Saturn_MiSTer/commit/05a8abd22c5b8cd2aa647f97600520f4c3f49c75 is in fault.

EDIT : I've done some further tests on multiple MiSTer systems, I confirm the game broke on first build of February 15th.

I experienced the same, but didn't report since i have an unsupported model of memory. But i m glad is not an issue with my mister
