[Radiant Silvergun] Missing Background Textures in Stage 2c

EDIT: Bought a capture device and used it to capture the visual glitches off my Mister. See comment under this post.

EDIT 2: I beat Arcade Mode and unlocked Stage Select. Below are my save file and video I captured on how to access Stage Select.

Version (or build number) 20240504, and using latest unstable Mister nightly

Single or Dual SDRAM? Single (128MB), 2.9v

Steps to reproduce

1. Map Joystick
2. Load HiSaturn Bios Ver 1.03
3. Load Radiant Silvergun
4. Load Save Game 1
5. Play the game normally up to Stage 2C.

Expected Behavior: Saturn Hardware

Actual Behavior: Mister Hardware

Missing background textures do not display, as shown in my screenshots above.

Another thing I noticed: I have never played this game on original hardware but the high level Homing Spread (Button X on Saturn pad) lags the game quite a bit for later bosses and stages (when there's lots of targets to lock onto, like the bosses NASU or DAN-564, or Stage 4B). I don't know how much the game lags on original hardware but I figured I would bring it up just in case.

The above videos are direct capture from my mister on the problems I have mentioned in the original post.

I have a couple more examples of lag besides NASU, but they're too big to attach to this comment. Let me know how I can get those to you guys. Again, I have no idea if it happens on original hardware, it just seems like a lot of lag.

@TarkovskysMirror Please test again. It should be fixed with the update from a few minutes ago. If it is fixed, please close the bug.

Just tested it, and the missing background textures in stage 2C are fixed! Closing bug. Thank you!
