Panzer Dragoon Saga - realtime cutscenes play too fast #213

Near the beginning of the game, when Edge finds his dead friend at the entrance of the caves (about 20 mins in), the realtime cutscene of the dragon landing plays at roughly double or triple speed, like it has no frame rate cap. I will report back if I see other cutscenes in the game that exhibit similar behavior. This is with the latest single RAM build, v240520.

This no longer appears to happen in the latest build. Closing this.
