Horizontal alignment variance over analog on CRT

MiSTer outputting YPbPr.

Have tried a few games and the horizontal alignment on CRT seems to vary significantly between bios screens and different games; sometimes there might be a 10-15% gap on the right side of the screen, sometimes it'll be on the left.

Have tried three different CRTs (two JVCs and a Sony PVM) and it's the same for all.

Examples:

Street Fighter Alpha 3 (JP) - gap on the left
Saturn bios boot screen - gap on the right
Salamander Deluxe Pack - gap on the right

there was some adjustments in screen position after release, so you can try unstable build

@coderkind , is this fixed? If yes, can you close it? I guess that #168 is dealing with a similar issue. But I think the #168 is referring to just one blank line (doubled to 4 lines when upscaling) and this issue was dealing with more lines (10-15%). Thus if you saw more than 1-4 lines it is probably a different bug (but perhaps fixed already).
