Power Drift missing screen rotational effect #26

Power drift (Sega Ages JP) rotates the complete sprite/polygon layer when driving through curves. This is missing from the core. See this video on how power drift behaves on real Saturn hardware. On the current core one can see that the horizon in the background tilts but the sprite/polygon layer remains stationary while the Saturn (and Arcade version) tilts almost the complete screen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsQjMMfk9OI
