Virtua Fighter 2 (Japan) - Incorrect rendering of Sarah's mouth. #287

Using latest dual sdram unstable, 20241106. Can pause the game many times so it is easier to spot the error. Seems part of her lip is not aligned to the rest of the mouth.

problem appeared after changes for VDP1 dated October 8 , https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Saturn_MiSTer/commit/d6c450e24814ddb83d90ab29bae55eed92799569 , After undoing these changes, it looks normal again.
