DSP bloop at beginning of some music. #31

Greetings, I noticed an aural artifact on quite a number of music produced by the Saturn. A simple way to test and hear it is to start the Japanese game Machi, and press start to summon the menu. A weird effect is heard at the start that quickly disappears. Most of the game's music seem affected. Turning off the DSP processing in the debug menu makes the issue go away, so I assume it is tied to that element of the sound processing. Cheers!

@Left-Empty , there have been lots and lots of fixes since October. Can you still reproduce your issue?

Thanks for bumping this. indeed, those have been fixed a few updates ago!

There are still issues with the volume and fadeouts in today's update, but I will wait quite a bit before creating any new issue report.
