Restructure folders #9

Proposal to restructure all the files and folders to keep things organized and similar to other cores.

No problem to change, my version as can be seen on Twitter though is very different and much more advanced, https://twitter.com/engineerswork1/status/1503813618055331842 - eventually it needs backporting to MiSTer but has a very different file structure relevant to my projects. Will keep the MiSTer structure in mind though when I eventually backport (I have a new tranZPUter board under dev with a Cyclone V 5SCSXFC6D6F31 device so once running on this board it will be a simple step to migrate over to the DE10 Nano).

It would be good to see a migration soon because custom code in Main gets more and more outdated and herder to keep it there.

Got it, i didn't realize you were updating it independently. Just figured I'd help make it easier for collaboration for more talented people than myself here. :)
