Seeing flickering pixel strips in Magical Chase

I am seeing flickering pixel strips in the background of Magical Chase. They are very faint, but they are there.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the rom.

Please provide a video or picture - this description is not sufficient to understand what you are seeing.

I fixed the problem. I set the vsync to low lag and set HDMI to game mode. So, it was a video setting issue.
