Timing issues. #10

I've noticed issues with some programs that have tight timings, validated OK in emulation. Reporting constructively.

NTSC games:

Bandits
Capture the Flag
Amok/Super Amok

PAL demos:

VVV
Robotic Liberation

Hey Sorgelig the NTSC game timing is now fixed. Additionally VVV timing looks good (from PAL). Some minor glitches in Robotic Liberation but generally video timing is fixed. Great job thanks!
