Calculate the BOM quantity based on length feet / length inches and width feel / inches. Update the BOM description indicating the measurments

ready for styling: The modal: sbcx/app/views/shared/_area_calculator.html.erb is activated by clicking on the icon beside the quantity field in the bom form (we should probably change the icon to a calculator)
