1) Error for unknown statuses

2) Class name remains empty when there is no error:

the reason the class is missing is because you don't have it in the YML (sbcx/config/styling/service_call_forms.yml)

I checked before, and saw the statuses in the YML - but still it was emply

Claim_p_settled is not styled. Can you please go over the states in /app/models/concerns/subcontractor_settlement.rb /app/models/concerns/provider_settlement.rb
