a couple decoration changes #45

H1 greeting to the user are now showing on the top in mobile screens
flash triangles for all links are dismissed
the triangle indicators on the subject menu are turning to yellow color when hovered. To increase accessibility
in screen size 768 and under, cards' width has not limitation. To have a balanced page layout

@Meng-MiamiOH -- thanks for these changes. The name placement works, and turning off the flash triangles is good.

But the yellow triangle isn't sufficient contrast -- consulting with @yarnetsky, I think we need some UI change that's more than just color there.

Similarly, the Black/Red color change on link hover in the main body is also insufficient -- do you think it would be possible to turn the three triangles solid on hover?
