if you own a libguide subject area, it could show up in your login

this is set up on the libns branch
to install:
- rerun ./compileSubjectCache.sh -- updates subjects to include liaison areas
- ./restart - restarts app
currently installed on test server. get someone to try it on Tuesday
[x] Also: sample user katie has a long page; can we jump up to the top of the page when clicking down low?
