When close window, future windows can't be reduced #209

How to trigger the bug

open a chat window
close the chat window
reopen a chat window from the same page → the window handle aka mibew-chat-frame-toggle is not visible.
possible fix

closing the window makes both the iframe and mibew-chat-frame-toggle invisible with display:none; At the opening of a new window, both blocks shoudl switch to display: block;
