Include manually skipped packages in report #232

To reduce confusion about why a certain nixpkgs-review run did not build a certain package it would be helpful to include packages, that were manually skipped (-P) in the report.

This should also only list packages that could have been build and not every blacklisted package because then if not we would get the same default list in every report.
