v3.1.0 release missing from pypi #204

It looks like the 3.1.0 release is missing from pypi. Could it be added please? Thank you!

I just ran against the same issue as we are experiencing multiple asyncio related errors like https://github.com/Mic92/python-mpd2/pull/199 while using the newest version 3.0.5 from pypi.

Anything we could help you with to get the version published?
