cmake errors #144

hi, i wanted to try this, but cmake (3.7) is giving me errors:

Unknown CMake command VL_PROCESS_PROJECT_PLUGINS Unknown CMake command VL_INSTALL_TARGET

which indeed do not seem to be defined ... how can i build this thing?
