Support SDL v2.x #173

VL only supports 1.2 not 2.x. Any contribution to support SDL 2 is welcome.

Ciao Michele, I will open pull request to add SDL2 support in the first half of August, I hope. I just need to clean up some things and do some testing on Windows (if possible). What coding style should I follow for formatting? Thanks
