multiple windows effect support #442

Describe the solution you'd like if i 2 or more windows that support mica effect i would (if possibile) efect applied to all windows and not for focoused windows only. Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context i used mica for everyone with rectify11 (on rectify 11 told me to open issues here)

like option "blurs behind" but for all effect

you need explorermica for the toolbars to be mica and these values in the config:

[config] effect=2 smallBorder=true showLine=true darkRibbon=true clearAddress=true clearBarBg=true clearWinUIBg=true

I personally use MicaForEveryone with DWMGlassblur instead and apply the aero or blur effect. it will achieve what you're looking to do
