Restarting game breaks expected behavior #63

When restarting the game it breaks expected behavior like:

Doesn't start from player 1 depending on when restart occurs
Doesn't display the board after restart

Restarting was going to be included in #61 but with it being very broken the feature got removed. Now it is just a feature to add.

Can we rename/relabel this issue (or close and make a new one) to better reflect the current state of the issue? Since the feature was delayed due to bugs, the name and description seem to be stale.

Yeah, might be best to start a new issue to track all of this.
